AWF met with Provost Holden Thorp and Vice Provost Adrienne Davis in Fall 2017 and drafted a letter to request consideration for changes to the Parental Leave Policies for Tenured/Tenure-Track and Non-Tenure Track Faculty. A reply letter from Provost Thorp in Spring 2018 summarizes the changes to the Parental Leave Policy and addresses ongoing concerns raised by AWF.
